Pattern cutting for Small leather goods
Learn to make patterns for simple small leather goods, you will be shown how to draft patterns correctly for a selection of leather goods. You will create patterns for keyring/s, credit card slip, coin purse, zipped purse (turned), simple bi-fold wallet. This short course comprises of four evening sessions of 2.5 hours each.
By the end of the short course, you will have a range of patterns that you can make small leather goods from.
This short course is suitable for adults – beginners or improvers.
- You will make paper templates from scratch.
- You will be shown how to use equipment safely.
- You will draft patterns for keyrings, credit card slip, coin purse, zipped purse(turned) and a simple bi-fold wallet.
Class is appropriate for: Adults – beginners or improvers
Materials: All materials are provided. It is advisable to bring a notebook and pen to make notes.

ALL short courses will be provided with an envelope to store your pieces/patterns and a certificate upon full completion of the short course.
